Lg User Agreement Won`t Download

Edit: Thank you all! I tried to recharge the agreement the next morning, and by God`s grace, it worked! I think it was a problem on their side! Everything works now (I only checked YouTube, Netflix, lg Content Store). Thank you again I had this problem. Here`s how I solved it. Country was set to NZ and had realized the rest of the factory, wired, completely bypassed WIFI & router, without success. The last thing I tried was to open a router-based VPN client to Australia, change the location of the LG in Australia, reset it, and bingo downloaded during the OK restart user agreement. LG is C9 OLED. I made things worse by trying a factory scrap. Before, I could at least see the apps I had already loaded. However, I tried to “fix” my problem with a new app by following the online instructions and performing a factory scrap. In the end, I completely messed up, since the apps no longer work, because the user agreement cannot be downloaded. I recently bought an LG 43UH610T TV. I am in Bali, Indonesia.

Everything seems to work well, but when I click on one of the options like LGTV, YouTube, etc., I am told that I need to approve the LG Smart TV user agreement first. However, I receive a message with the message “User agreements cannot be loaded – a server error has occurred…” I, too, have problems. Internet works well in THE TV browser, Internet fully connected, but unable to download terms and conditions that therefore do not allow me to create smart features such as vudu, YouTube, Netflix, etc. to use. I am connected to WiFi without cable TV (because there is no cable or Ethernet connection). I have another LG Smart TV and it works well. – Follow the screen process until you get to the point where you will be asked about downloading the LG User Agreement. This time, it should work to connect you via the hotspot. – Now, press “Home” on your remote control and select an app (preferably one you subscribe to like Netflix), you should see the error “user agreement can no longer be downloaded”. Hoorah! From here, made the latest update and then Netflix wouldn`t load without an update, jumping through the tires, couldn`t download. I tried everything and reset the factory settings and then the user contract.

As the title suggests, I simply can`t do anything but the browser to work on my brand new lg b9 55 oled TV because it doesn`t load the user agreement. I tried all the solutions in the other forums. I tried the speed of my internet via the TV browser (it displays about 50mbps)….
